Description: This area of the State CIO website contains links to the IT-related portions of the State Administrative Manual (SAM) at the DGS website. It also includes the Statewide Information Management Manual (SIMM) which contains, among other aspects, templates, forms, guidelines, and checklists regarding a wide variety of state products/practices. Some of these are required documents/processes; some are optional that state organizations may find useful.
